LBBC Technologies and LBBC Beechwood held their annual inter-company social event at Owlerton Greyhound Stadium Race Night in Sheffield on Saturday 5th October 2019.
Around 40 staff from both companies attended the event, now in it’s fourth year, in an executive box with a buffet being served throughout the evening while the 16 races took place.
There were no big winners on the night but the ‘wooden spoon’ went to Design Engineer, Adam Lister from LBBC Technologies who didn’t win a single penny!
Dished Ends Production Co-ordinator, Neil Robinson, who has worked for LBBC Beechwood for 25 years and organises the annual event said “It’s great when both divisions choose to come together in a social setting. Spending time with colleagues outside the office hours can only improvement peoples working relationships. Each year more people from each division want to attend and that’s great… next year I might be putting on 2 coaches!”
